Breaking News: Nada Surf Re-launch

Brooklyn based indie rockers Nada Surf shocked the music world with today's announcement of a new line up for the band as Skada Surf.  The band will be performing all of Nada Surf's greatest tunes but ska style, include "Inside Of Love Rude Girl", "Always Love Rude Girl" and "Popular Rude Girl."  Matthew "Rocksteady" Caws said that the band has always loved ska music: "Being in NYC in the 90's, it was hard to not fall in-love with the Upright Citizen, Skanatra, and The Skadanks"  The band will launch its new thirteen piece line-up (4 horn players, 2 keyboard players, 4 toasters plus the original trio) at Hudson Valley Ska Fest April 31 with  Spider Nick and the Maddogs, The Toasters, as well as Sammy and the Rest Easy Shots.  The band are currently in the U.K. working on a complete make-over buying suits, scooters, etc.... Of course bassist Daniel "Rude Boy" Lorca  will keep his dreads.  Pick it up!
