Ah yes... another Jewish year rolls around, so lets give some props to some BRM musical Jews shall we?

Eric Elbogen of Say Hi is todays reigning Jew....originally the band was called SAY HI TO YOUR MOM, though I would have preferred DONT FORGET TO CALL YOUR MOTHER....(oof)......anyway, Eric circumcised the name and it is now SAY HI......Here's a clip of Eric doubling the Jew population in Salt Lake City, UT

And I can't do a Jewy post without mentioning Absolutely Kosher records! They have a new release from Hallelujah The Hills! The new record "Colonial Drones" is coming out next week - check out the vid:



I have to give points off to the WOODEN BIRDS who are playing Bowery Ballroom Sunday the 27th, which is, uh, YOM KIPPUR! You know... the Super Bowl of Jewish Holidays (thanks Jeff for that)... I guess NYC doesn't have any Jews, so the show should do fine... Here's the new Wooden Birds video of them playing lots of gigs seemingly not on Jewish Holidays!
