Olympic Mild Fever

I can't say that the BRM has full on Olympic fever, it's more like a slightly raised temperature that hopefully some sleep and some airborne can get rid of.  Night sweats? Sure but its just from the nightmares...  I mean, really, how many triple camel toe lutzes do I have to see?  Maybe a little hockey before bed and our Olympic fever might, uh, rise...  but for now here are some BRM Olympic highlights!

Gotta give it up to Canada, it seems like they are doing a fine job as hosts (I am looking forward to seeing the stationary they chose for the thank you notes)... so we give it back by showing the love to some Canadian BRM talent, Land Of Talk:



And how can you talk about the Olympics without imagining that Maserati are scoring every entire event (yes, even the damn figure skating, just imagine the costumes!).


For those of you watching the uh SKELETON event, turn down the sound and turn up the Evangelicals "Skeleton Man":


If you are avoiding watching the Olympics, try to check the BRM triple threat of "The Good Guy"!  3 BRM bands getting the uh, Gold, Silver and Bronze in that flick: Ra Ra Riot, Say Hi, and Let's Go Sailing! (This order has nothing to do with medal status btw, it was decided by points)... plus it has Alexis Bledel from the Gilmore Girls!

Plus, of course what Martin Scorsese film is complete without a BRM jam?  (until now that is...  this is actually a first!)  Check out "Shutter Island" with some tunes by Max Richter, including "On The Nature Of Daylight".
