At least once a week a BRM representative dutifully updates the blog.  Such a process is not without its dangers so we at BRM developed the BRM EMERGENCY BLOG PLAN.  The problem is... we seem to need it just about every week.

What you may not know is that we at BRM have been developing new and innovative ways of putting the BRM catalog in front of folks.  We have enlisted several flight attendants to service records mid flight.

One of whom you may know, Steven Slater.

Steven, as a good BRM representative, was working on a blog post earlier this week that got out of hand.  When confronted with a blog emergency he did the right thing.  Steven remembered his blog training and well you know the rest.

While it seems that Steven my be grounded for a while, pending the outcome of a BRM / Jetblue joint inquiry into the tracks selected for his blog post.  Fear not flying BRM fans.  We have plenty of representatives flying the snarky skies to serve you.
