Not A Pablo Cruise

We had a bit of a scare this week.  Our blog visits dropped by about 4,500. Panic the likes of which we haven't seen at BRM since the news that Bennie's Thai Cafe closed for Columbus Day swept the office.  Then we realized that we sent everyone on the Carnival Splendor Cruise a while back.  Wouldn't you know it... BRM had its blog readers on that stranded cruise ship.  Um... like... oops.  We feel a bit bad about it... no electricity, no internet. So to help them re-acclimate to life on land we bring you a special edition of the BRM blog with all the important stuff that went on this week!

First off... we are sure your Tivo is full, being away at sea and all, so in case you missed this week's episode of "Undercovers" you might have missed the new Robert Pollard and Doug Gillard project "Lifeguards" (did you have any of those on your boat? Guess they weren't much help).  Anyway here's the scene with the song:

In case you want to hear a bit more of it... here's the full song "Naught
Windsor":

Also on this week was a very special episode of "Parenthood" where the dude from "Six Feet Under" clocks some winner in a supermarket while he hears Yeasayer.  Check it out, it is awesome:

I think the Bill Ryan dude from Coach really could of caused some serious damage, but not a bad shot.

What else? Also out this week is a crazy new Ra Ra Riot remix:"The Antler Orchard (Peter Siberman Remix)":

For you lonely dudes on the boat, here's the new Woolfy video:

Newish Lyrics Born video which is kinda like 007 on a cruise:

Anyway, hope you are caught up!  Your "Love Boat" DVDs are in the mail!

Oh... and if you are one of our readers and we didn't send you on that cruise... um... we'll get you next time.

X,
Captain Kangaroo
