BRM - Summer Survival

Summer is nearly here and that means nice early outdoor gigs on Friday.  We are heading over to Williamsburg to catch Yellow Ostrich, Sharon Van Etten, and Beirut today.  This means we have to get everything wrapped up a bit early... and by all of us, I mean all of us except for Sarah.  She is out in LA holding down the fort... know why?  Cause it didn't snow 7 feet out there this winter.  Isn't it all 72 degrees and Orange Julius in December?  Even though we are leaving this ship to her for a couple hours does that mean we would we cut corners and deprive you of your weekly BRM Blog fix?  Heck no!  ...eh... well... we might take it a bit easier this week... but that makes sense right?  It is nearly summer as we have previously determined.  The kids are days away from being out of school... the BRM teacher wives are days away from months of bon bon eating.  Heck, even a certain Congressman recently got the summer off... no not like that like he has the summer off.  God... would everyone just grow up?

So everyone is going to be hitting the beach... reading The Hunger Games for 7th time and being pissed about the film casting.  You should really chill out... put down book, pick up a drink, and give this week's summer vacation themed playlist a spin.  Just please no twitter after your second Pina Colada... you know who you are.
