BRM - Evacuation for the Masses

So I ran into fellow Bank Robber Pete at the hardware store this morning before work.  He assessed the situation well, "Its like Record Store Day for hardware stores".  People were gabbing stuff out of boxes just opened not even knowing what it was, only knowing they needed it… or at least that then need to keep me from having it.  I was sent there for a flashlight and by god I was gonna get one.  Thankfully arthritis makes little old lady grips easy to brake. 

Yes, yes… a hurricane is coming.  Its been refreshing.  For the past few days the panic over bedbugs has broken, only to be replaced with flood zone status panic.  NYC is aflutter… I heard this on the subway ride over and over this morning "are you in a  flood zone?" "oh you are near the canal are you in Flood Zone A or B?" "Is that guy licking his shoes?"  Chances are you probably need a playlist to kill half an hour of time waiting to check out of the grocery store with your can of mystery beans, AAA Batteries (you'll totally make them work somehow), and bottle of grape drink.  So here it is your BRM Hurricane Playlist.

Here we all sit at 44 Wall Street, the thick of the flood zone.  Look around you… this will all be gone on monday.  We can say we knew it when… Hell, so can you.  Come on down Sunday at 10 AM.  BRM will be giving swim lessons out in front of the building.  We will have this playing on repeat.



But in our case the next land you will see will probably be Pete's place somewhere in Brooklyn.

PS.  You all know we like had an earthquake too right?  Next week's blog will surely feature the wildfires that will cut through NYC.  This is all lead up to us mailing out the new Rapture record in the next couple weeks.
